In addition to our co-ownership interests, we offer a Private Mortgage Lender Partnerships which features:
- Our Private Mortgage Lender Program enables you to earn 6% APR for providing a 1st mortgage on either a residential or commercial income producing real estate property that produces sufficient income to pay the Note and all other expenses. Plus, generate a Percentage of the Net Income in addition to making a Percentage of the net refinance or resale value of the property as your Exit Plan.
- Further, the property will have the value to fully secure the Note and provide sufficient equity.
- Our program provides you with monthly income in the form of interest payments derived from your mortgage.
- Plus, your mortgage loan will be recorded with the State perfecting you as first lien holder on the property.
